Marinade/Sauce
- Boil 1 c up soy sauce, the juice and zest of two oranges, 3 TBSP brown sugar, 4 grated garlic cloves, 1 TBSP mined ginger, 3 green sliced green onions. Reduce to 50% volume
- The sauce can be used as a marinade for fish or chicken. Once used as a marinade, boil the remainder which can be used as a sauce.
